Making a Smart Investment
The decision to invest in SAT tutoring is often a difficult one, given all the options. There are so many websites and learning centers out there promising great results while charging exorbitant prices. These companies charge thousands of dollars because they have to pay a whole lot of people to run their programs. They factor in the cost of their rent and overhead into the price of the tuition. However, only a small fraction of what you pay actually goes to the tutor who is ultimately the one teaching your child. I know this because I worked for a few of these well-known companies, and thus I can tell you that their SAT programs are all very similar. What you really end up paying for is name recognition and vague promises of results.
I decided to build MCP to cut out the middle man and work directly with parents. Since my operational costs are very low, I can pass on the savings to you.
